Nursery contributed plant descriptions

‘Guinevere’ just might be the fairest Dierama in all the land. With grace & elegance, this all-white selection is noted for its large, pure white blooms. By our royal decree, Dieramas should be treated as follows: Dieramas do like some Summer water, but once established they can do without. Disturb the corms as little as possible, as they are sensitive to this & avoid heavy, wet soils. Established plants will be around 2’ high & wide, with blooming stems (which are borne in Summer) to 3’. The evergreen leaves are clumping & after a few years you can divide the clumps & share the corms if you’re so inclined. Best where they are given enough space that their delicate, wiry stems can be appreciated. Tolerant of many soil types. To maintain, remove old growth & bloomed out stems as necessary.
