Nursery contributed plant descriptions

All I have to do is stick a “Smell Me” sign in our sample pot of this beautiful primrose & plants start flying out the door here at the nursery. If you smelled its sweet almond-lotion fragrance, you would succumb, too! Easy, fast & long-blooming – Spring to end of Summer – its large, 3.5” flowers stay open all day, attracting all manner of bees and butterflies. Purest white & centered with a lime green eye, the scalloped flowers appear on branching & trailing stems forming a lax mound to 30” tall & across. Nice linear blue green foliage. Native to rocky sandy soils of the Western U.S., it easily adapts to moist rich garden soil. Exquisite with Delphinium belladonna ‘Bellamosum’! Cut back hard in Fall.
