This easy-care perennial produces abundant masses of bright, tangerine-orange, single flowers. The large, four-inch blossoms feature wide, overlapping petals and have a delightful sweet honey fragrance. Dark-green 2' clumps of foliage are the perfect back drop for the 30" flower stalks. This brilliant coneflower is a real stunner summer-into-fall; perfect for container, border or vase. S/M-D/GDr PP21773
Tangerine Dream' has elegant four inch clear orange flowers with wide, overlapping petals. The rich colour holds better than most other coneflowers. The flowers also have a lovely honey scent. A great landscape plant due to its multiple, wide-branching strong stems. Great for cutting. Echinacea in coastal BC should be planted in hot, dry, sunny spots with thin, average to poor soils for best overwintering.
