Thalictrum kiusianum is a broadleaf deciduous perennial groundcover with blue and green foliage. In spring and summer lavender flowers emerge. Attracts bees making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with mostly sun - shade and even moisture - regular water. Does well in rich and well-drained soil.

(DWARF MEADOW RUE) This little Rue forms a 4-6” tall mat of foliage that spreads by rhizomes 12-18” or more, leaves often with a bronzy hue; fluffy lavender flowers float over the foliage June August. Takes sun with constant moisture; growth is less vigorous in full shade, best in organic soils with moderate moisture, needs well drained soils in shade. May self seed. Deer and rabbit resistant.
Low-growing to about 8 inches with small and handsome toothed leaves, and light, lavender-pink flower spritzes; this species makes a sweet ground cover. Minimum temperature: -10 °F
Covered with clusters of half-inch mauve-pink puff ball flowers, all stamens, above mats of dark green foliage. Great for rock gardens, troughs and the front of a border.
