A delight in late spring, when this well-branched 6-8' shrub absolutely covers itself with multitudes of showy snow-white flowers, which are fully double and powerfully fragrant; an undemanding shrub that looks lovely as a specimen, in groups or as a hedge. S-PSh/M
Deciduous, rounded shrub with 2" wide, double, white flowers in the spring. Growth Rate fast.
A popular selection, sweetly scented pure white flowers appear in the early summer. Grows to a mature size of 5-6' tall and wide. Great for an accent or hedges.
A seedling of 'Virginalis' introduced by Guy Bush around 1935 with profuse flowers white, densely double and fragrant with the typical orange blossom smell. Very beautiful in flower. (Prune immediately after flowering to encourage a more bushy habit.) More compact than the species but still with the fountain-like habit. Fast growing.
