Cistus x lenis 'Grayswood Pink' is a broadleaf evergreen shrub with blue and green foliage. In spring and summer pink flowers emerge. Attracts bees, beneficial insects and butterflies making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and occasional - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers to be dry in summer. Adapts to various soil conditions. Does well in average, gritty, lean, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant, seaside / salt tolerant and verticillium wilt resistant.

Spreading, low-growing evergreen rockrose, to 2 ft tall x 3 ft wide, with silver-gray foliage that is especially lovely with the shining light pink flowers from late April to June. Can be shaped after blooming. As with all Cistus, full sun and lean, well-drained soil with little summer water once established. Said to be deer resistant. Frost hardy in upper USDA zone 7.
This lovely prostrate (sometimes layering) groundcover, to 1-2'tall by 3-6'wide, covers itself with 2" soft-pink flowers in mid-summer; drought tolerant ; beautiful in containers or dry border. Sun/M-Dry/GdDrain
