Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The double, deep-rose flowers on 2-3' stems of this wonderful fall-blooming perennial are one of Nature?s final flings at beauty! PSh/M
This is a favorite at our nursery because it is so tough and requires almost no care, and looks even better for it. It is a very heavy flowering variety and we use it extensively as a cut flower. Prince Henry is quite colorful and is double flowering with crinkled petal edges for added texture. Plants spread slowly and so should be planted either in containers or in areas where they have space to fill in. Fertilize your plants with a slow release pelleted or granular fertilizer like Osmocote in March when the new shoots start to emerge. Right as the shoots are coming up, you can divide the plants into new locations.
Dark rose-purple single-semi-double
Deep rose-colored, semidouble flowers in late summer. Excellent in the company of the white-flowered anemones. AGM winner.
