Lightly fragrant, continuously blooming, two-lipped, dark red flowers with purple calyces bloom continuously from late spring until frost. Growth habit is a compact with a neat shrubby form 36 inches tall and wide. Prune to shape in early spring. Makes a super easy and appealing container plant for the patio and in the mixed sunny border and pollinator garden for all summer colour. Plant in full sun in hot dry spots with well-drained soils. Hummingbird and pollinator magnet. Deer resistant.
