Hot stuff with cold hardiness! This species was originally collected by Yucca Do Nursery in the Sierra Madre range of central Mexico. In gardens, give it plenty of space and stand back to enjoy the electric spikes of pinkish red flowers in late summer. To 4 feet tall by 6 feet wide in full sun. Hardy to USDA zone 6a when kept dry in winter.
