You know black mondo grass. Now, here’s a green and white variegated cultivar. The flowers are white and are followed by oblong, deep blue berries. This spreading, 18” tall cultivar is best in part shade and moist conditions. The nicely textured, variegated grass-like foliage goes a long way to lightening up a shady area.

An evergreen Mondo Grass that is native to Japan and is darker than previous known varieties. It is heat tolerant once established and is deer resistant. A great groundcover and complimentary plant.

New introduction from the UK with longer leaves and increased vigor, this is sure to become a designer favorite. This will add an extra OOMPH! to containers or accent points in the garden. We find the standard issue indispensable and anticipate serious giddiness with Blackbeard.
