Large, scalloped leaves open a luscious, peachy-orange before maturing to apricot-pink in summer and rose-purple in fall/winter, all with a showy, silvery-white overlay. This well-behaved perennial has a compact habit, creating lush mounds 15x24" that are perfect for container, border or massing. Creamy-white summer flowers on 30" stalks finish the lovely picture. This lovely cultivar was bred to tolerate heat and humidity. P-Sh/M PP19375
Heuchera x ‘Georgia Peach’ displays gorgeous, large peach-colored foliage with a silvery sheen. Colors intensify in cool weather for four seasons of interest. Airy wands of small, white flowers appear in late Spring. This is a hardy, evergreen perennial with a compact, rounded mound habit. Tolerant of heat and humidity. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. An excellent groundcover for dry shade. Heuchera will tolerate full sun in more Northern areas if adequate moisture is provided.
Spring foliage color is peach with a silver overlay accent. Fall color intensifies to rose purple. Bred for heat and humidity tolerance.
We had a few sample plants last year that we adored. Huge peach coloured leaves with a very showy white overlay and a large lush habit. This plant makes a Hosta-like bold foliage statement, except, of course, it's evergreen. Foliage colour changes from peach orange tones in the spring to rose to rose purple in the fall through winter, and always with a decorative white veil. From H. villosa breeding so will be vigorous and grow well in the humid Pacific Northwest and BC. Creamy white flowers.
Bred for heat and humidity tolerance. In spring, large peach colored leaves with a showy silver overlay accent the lush habit. Foliage color intensifies to rose purple with a decorative frosted veil in fall and winter. Great landscape specimen for North America.
