Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Maybe the best geranium. Our plants bloom May to October. The purple flowers have white or lighter lavender centers. I enjoy this front of the border plant all summer.
The fabulous geranium is known for its 2-3" purple-violet-blue flowers that bloom non-stop from late-spring into autumn. Deeply-cut, bright-green foliage spreads out to form mounds 1-2' tall and wide. The foliage is streaked with deep-red in autumn. This is perhaps one of the nicest Geraniums around for the garden or hanging basket; afternoon shade is desirable in very hot climates. PP12175
This baby seems to have an exceptional bloom period, for us, May to October! Forms a loose mound 18” tall and 2-3’ wide, prefers moist, organic soil but takes most as long as drainage is good, full sun to half day. Deer don’t bother it and neither do our rabbits. Lots of 2” blue violet lavender flowers with white throats, pretty much nonstop all season. Will cascade a bit, beautifully, over a wall or from a container.
Rozanne' is one of the longest blooming and most prolific blue-flowered geraniums available offering colour from late spring until frost. The large, saucer-shaped flowers are 2.5 inches across and purple-blue with black anthers, magenta veins, and a bright white eye. The lightly marbled foliage forms a lush green mound that turns firey red in autumn. One of the best, most versatile perennials available. Selected by the Perennial Plant Association as Perennial Plant of the Year 2008.
Perhaps the best, most garden-worthy hardy Geranium you can grow. Large 2.5" (6cm) saucer-shaped violet-blue blooms with white centers flowers appear practically non-stop from late spring through November or until frost. Unlike many Geraniums, 'Rozanne' has great heat tolerance, too! Mounded, slightly marbled, deep green foliage becomes reddish brown in fall for added interest. Internationally recognized through being selected as 2008 Perennial Plant of the Year in North America, receiving the RHS Award of Garden Merit (UK) and winning the people's vote to become RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Centenary. Comes to Blooms of Bressingham from Donald and Rozanne Waterer, UK.

A star! Here is a hybrid Geranium which lives up to the hype. 2" violet-blue flowers above 18" tall sprawling, somewhat mounding plants all summer (Really!). Slightly marbled, deep green foliage takes on reddish tones in fall. A good shearing back in early August acts as a refresher, and encourages a whole new flush of growth for the rest of the season.
One of the longest blooming perennials in the garden, blooming for several months on plants 18" tall x 4' wide.
