Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Little queen of the woodland, this hybrid fawn lily with lush mottled foliage and nodding, yellow lily flowers with copper-red ringed centers and bell clapper stamens on 6-10” stems are ephemeral spring bloomers…fading into dormancy with the onset of summer. Will naturalize where happy in a shaded spot with fertile, moist (during growth), organic soils.
Pagoda is a hybrid fawn lily, bred to for a little extra height and vigor. The lemony blossoms contrast perfectly with the shady, forest floor setting these plants prefer. And when Pagoda naturalizes and shows off those yellow bells en masse . . . magical.

This vigorous hybrid between E. tuolumnense from central California and E. revolutum from northeastern North America has three to five nodding, yellow, red-centred, lily-like flowers per stem (often with multiple stems per bulb) over lush, glossy, green-mottled foliage. Plant in a woodland setting or shade border with moisture retentive, fertile soil. Erythroniums will go dormant before summer so plant them near late-emerging perennials like hostas and toadlilies.
Blooms: spring, yellow & orange/ mottled purple-brown & green foliage/ E.revolutum x tolumnense Zone 3-9. 6"-18" PNW, part shade-shade, moist, well drained
Glossy, green leaves with a chocolate-splashed overlay, star-like, yellow blooms, summer dormant, Zones 4-9
The names go on and on but appellation aside all you really need to know is that this is one great bulb for the shade garden. Perfect companion with Trilliums and Ferns and such a cheery flower.
Dark green lush leaves with sulfur yellow lily like blooms. Vigorous grower.
