Sedeveria 'Jet Beads', a hybrid of sedum and echeveria, is a popular compact succulent with a rich, dark leaves in tones of burgundy, green, copper, and nearly black in wintertime. The mostly upright stems will only reach up to 4” tall, making this succulent an excellent addition to small container gardens or even fairy gardens! May display yellow blooms in summer. Provide a well-drained soil away from reflected heat. Requires little water once established. Ideal in warm climate landscapes, rock gardens and container gardens, but is especially happy sitting on your windowsill as a houseplant. Protect your PRINCE OF PARADISE™ plant from frost!
The succulent green rosettes are tipped with dark purplish-black. This unusual hybrid of Echeveria and Sedum is an easily grown groundcover and makes a great trailing accent when used in containers. Sharp drainage is best.
A very distinctive small hybrid of Sedum and Echeveria with dark bronze green oval yet pointy leaves surrounding short semi upright stems. Cool temps bring out the darker chocolate foliage tone. 4" tall and spreads. We like to keep pinching 'Jet Beads' back, sticking the cuttings back into the soil.
This brightly colored hybrid of Sedum and Echeveria, to only 4" tall, has small, succulent leaves of bronze and green along stems creating a beaded effect and a striking bicolor texture. Foliage darkens to nearly black in cooler weather. Full sun to light shade in well-drained soil with little summer water necessary once established. Frost hardy to 25 °F, mid USDA zone 9. A fabulous addition to containers or troughs.
