A fine, garden worthy stonecrop from Pakistan & Afghanistan…powder blue, glaucous foliage is tight on short, spreading stems…only 2” tall; evergreen; non-invasive. Will grow in sun to part shade in dryish soils and does not seem to mind wet winters as long as the soil has good drainage. Marvelous crevice plant and edger, rock gardener’s dream! Summer brings on plenty of light pink star flowers…a lovely species, sadly underused.

Leave the soil to dry out in between watering sessions to avoid overwatering. Pretty blue-green foliage. White flowers in the summertime. Full sun. Let it dry out between watering to avoid overwatering. Hardy in cold Zones 4 - 9. Heat zones (estimated) 10 - 4. Will go dormant in winter. An outdoor plant.
Showy, compact mats of blue green, toothed leaves in tiny rosettes that look a bit like mini sempervivum clustered tightly together. Pale yellow to cream flowers. Evergreen.
A distictive Sedum that rorms rosettes of fleshy grey-blue foliage that has delicately notched edges. Pale yellow flowers in summer on 4" plants. Slowly forms colonies to 15".
A lovely evergreen groundcover for the dry garden, this sedum from Pakistan and Afghanistan, to only 6" tall, forms a spreading carpet of small, succulent, blue-green rosettes.
