Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Oscularia deltoides previous name was Lampranthus multiradiatus or a common name" Wedgewood". Name has been changed recently to Pink Ice Plant. It is a shrubby succulent with wiry dark pink stems from South Africa. Bluish grey 3 angled toothed fleshy leaves grow 1' tall and 2' wide blooming in spring to summer with fragrant yellow centered pink daisy like flowers. Hardy to 20 °F.
A species of Ice Plant native to South Africa, whose latin name translate to "a collection of little mouths" has chunky, triangular blue-green leaves edged with curious small red tinted teeth like protrusions. Pale lilac-rose flowers are borne in spring and attract butterflies. Grows less than a foot tall and spreads to 18".
Wowzer! This has got to be the most intensely blooming succulent we’ve ever grown and it’s exceptionally beauteous in every way! Speedily spreading into a 10” x 3’ dense ground-covering mat, its unusual bluish-silver foliage gives it a stand-out appeal even when it’s not in total magnificent bloom. Foliage smothering does not even begin to describe the explosion of 1” lavender-pink daisy-like blooms. Plant it to cascade over the edge of a bed or large container. Attracts butterflies. Deer resistant! Spring blooming.
Seriously cute ice plant from South Africa, this one evergreen with succulent, fleshy leaves -- light blue-green and somewhat 3-sided with toothed edges -- on dark stems! What's not to love? Add the fragrant, deep pink, daisy-like flowers with yellow centers for more fun in spring and summer. Full sun to a bit of shade and good drainage. Drought tolerant but fatter and fuller with regular water. Frost hardy to 15-20 °F, upper USDA zone 8.
