Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Two great parents (V. carlesii and V. burkwoodii) have produced a great daughter: ?Anne? forms a compact 6' ht x 8' wide shrub whose pink buds open to fragrant white flowers in mid-spring. S-PSh/M
A recipient of the RHS award of merit in 1957, dense mounding 'Anne Russell' boasts pink buds and copious, 3 in. waxy white flowers, which exude the most divine scent. The glossy dark green leaves turn a luscious crimson-purple in the fall. We favor it as an informal hedge or as a semideciduous specimen for the shrubby border and come spring, indulge in its fragrance each time we pass by.
Carlesii x Burkwoodii backcross 6'h x 8'w, compact, fragrant early flowering hybrid.
This large Korean spice viburnum hybrid will get 12' tall in time. This hardy easy grower has pretty pink buds followed by cinnamon scented white flowers.
