Allium (Tall Flowering Mix)

Ornamental onions offer intriguing spherical or egg-shaped inflorescences comprised of hundreds of tiny flowers. The Tall Flowering Mix offers shades of purple, lavender and white on stems to about three feet tall for mid to late spring colour. The leaves or ornamental onions wither by the time the flowering begins so plant some low growing perennials just in front of or on top of the bulbs to mask the foliage.
