Crocus 'Striped Bird' plant details

Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Crocus 'Striped Bird' is a luscious snow crocus with lavender outer petals with deep purple veins and a glow of palest yellow and blue-purple inner petals. Species, or snow crocus, are some of the first bulbs to emerge in the late winter, two weeks before other forms. They are great in the border, in containers, and in rock gardens. They can also be planted in your lawn, but try to hold off on mowing them as long as possible so they can build up energy for next year.
