Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tanacetum coccineum 'Robinson's Giant Crimson', formerly Chrysanthemum coccineus, is a classic, old-fashioned painted daisy. Upright stems bearing loads of large, single, brilliant red daisies with bright yellow centres rise above the bright green, ferny foliage in summer to 30 inches tall. An excellent, long-lasting cut flower. Very cold hardy and easy care. Remove spent flowers to encourage rebloom. Great in the sunny border, in containers, and the vase. Pollinator attractor. Deer resistant.
