Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Has brilliant yellow orange and dark green leaves. Sounds weird but this star jasmine has yellow and green leaves year around. Then spring through summer the new growth will be orange copper color. A wonderful container plant as the foliage spills out.

Leaves marbled with oranges, red, greens and whites (every one different!) make this an easy (just prune for density) but non-invasive 6? wide groundcover; beautiful and tough and wonderfully fragrant spring/summer flowers too! S-PSh/M PPAF

Trachelospermum Ogon Nishiki is offered in a full gallon size with free shipping! Also known as Torafu, this amazing multicolored star jasmine has foliage like no other plant! It works as a ground cover but will also climb masonry and wood surfaces. It's a little shy to bloom but it has fragrant white flowers when it does. Grow this for its foliage appeal throughout the year. Makes a great "spiller" for a mixed container.

A zone 7-10 hardy vine growing 2-3" tall and spreading up to 15' in time. Likes sun to part shade. Green leaves splashed with bright yellow and the new growth appears as orange red. Very unusual and attractive. Fragrant creamy yellow flowers in april to june.

Shades of burnt orange, golden yellow, and green are randomly splashed across the glossy evergreen foliage of this durable groundcover. Creates a firey splash of color anywhere in the garden or spilling from containers. Asiatic Jasmine is a tough, reliable, and dense evergreen groundcover that is tolerant of a wide variety of soils and light conditions. This is an excellent choice for difficult sites and is quite drought tolerant once well-established. Deer resistant and salt tolerant. Asiatic Jasmine may spend the first year or two getting established before it begins to really fill in so its a good idea to use an organic mulch that will last until the Jasmine is dense enough to prevent weeds.

This ever-colorful evergreen's leaves keep growing in yellow-orange-red-green marbled patterns along the ground, over a bank, up a trellis or a tree. Do you like the way the fresh new growth unfolds in the spring and the way the old growth colors in response to winter cold? Frost hardy to 0 °F, USDA zone 7. Sun to part shade. Adaptable. Summer moisture for faster growth.
