Sempervivum 'Greyfriars'

A larger version of the classic "hens and chicks" with mature rosettes to 6" accross with gray-green foliage tinted red at the base and flushed red with cool weather. Easy and adaptable to any place with sharp drainage and at least half a day of sun. Great container stuffer or patio edge plant where sprays of hot pink summer flowers can be enjoyed up close. Tolerant of periodic drought when established. USDA zone 5.
