Nursery contributed plant descriptions
A small, green mondo grass with narrow, green leaves, only 6 to 8" long with a lax habit. Forms large clumps - up to 3 ft wide - making a very nice groundcover for morning sun or light shade. Summer flowers are white on short racemes and produce large blue berry-like fruit. This form, originally collected at high elevations by Crug Farm's Bleddyn and Sue Wynn-Jones. Rich soil and regular summer water. Frost hardy at least to upper USDA zone 7 and possibly lower.
