Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Cloudbank Ginny is one of the quicker Leucadendrons to make a statement in the garden. This is a male selection and like most of the Leucadendron fellas has much showier flowers than the ladies… You’ll find contact info above to direct hate mail to. It's a fairly dense plant that acts as a nice screen. The show begins in late winter into spring as the bracts color up and reveal the central cone which houses the tiny flowers. The mass display creates a traffic stopping spectacle and last for several weeks. A good pruning after the event will create a fuller plant with a bigger show the following season.
