Aloe 'Yemeni Gold' is an evergreen cactus / succulent with green foliage. In spring yellow flowers emerge. Grows well with sun and occasional - low water. Does well in gritty, rocky and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something heat tolerant.
This cutting is a healthy offset of the plant that is ready to be rooted.
The Aloe "Yemeni Gold", also known as Yemen Bush Aloe, is a medium-sized succulent originating from Yemen, Asia. It forms clumps of open rosettes with long, narrow, medium green leaves adorned with large green teeth along the margins. In mid-spring, well-branched stems rise above the foliage, bearing large golden flowers in branching panicles. This plant, selected from seeds taken from an Aloe sabaea, boasts abundant golden flowers and attractive foliage. 'Yemeni Gold' thrives in full sun, well-drained soil, and low water conditions, suitable for dry summer climates. Hardy in USDA zones 9 to 11, it withstands temperatures to at least 30°F, making it an excellent choice for sunny borders or succulent gardens, adding visual interest with its striking golden flowers and foliage.
With proper care and conditions, this cutting will grow into a mature specimen of Aloe "Yemeni Gold".
