Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Viola odorata "Mary Elizabeth Jenkins" was a chance seedling at my nursery, Gardens in the Wood of Grassy Creek, several years ago. It is a beautiful soft pink, darkening toward the center of the petals. The blooms are large and fragrant, and it is a strong grower. Its name is not registered, but it is the name I have given to the violet that appeared in my nursery. (Gardens in the Wood of Grassy Creek, 2021)
