Nursery contributed plant descriptions

"Lydia's Legacy" was a sport of "Lydia Groves," found by Clive Groves of Groves Nursery in England. Its flowers are a bright cerise pink, similar in color to "Josephine," but with a white center and often a purple blotch on the petals. It is a vigorous grower with a mounded growth habit. Being a sport, it does not come true from seed. (Groves, 1997)
