Aloe sinkatana x marlothii is an evergreen cactus / succulent with green foliage. In fall and winter apricot and yellow flowers emerge. Features glaucous texture. Attracts beneficial insects and hummingbirds. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and occasional - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers to be dry in winter. Does well in gritty and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something verticillium wilt resistant.
Aloe sinkatana x marlothii is a hybrid of the Mountain Aloe and the smaller Aloe sinkatana. This plant has large grey-green leaves with beautiful reddish-brown spines along the margins, adding a touch of warmth to its cool color palette.
Plant this beauty in a sunny spot, but be sure to avoid the hottest afternoon sun in inland areas.
Water occasionally during summer months to keep it looking its best.
Hardy from freezing to about 100 degrees F, this plant is perfect for adding some drama to your garden or indoor space.
