Aloe Moonglow™ plant details

Aloe Moonglow™ is an evergreen cactus / succulent with green foliage. In fall and winter apricot and yellow flowers emerge. Features glaucous texture. Attracts beneficial insects and hummingbirds. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and occasional - low water. Drought tolerant once established. Prefers to be dry in winter. Does well in gritty and well-drained soil. A good option if you're seeking something verticillium wilt resistant.

Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Grows to 4 to 5 feet tall by 6 or more feet wide with many rosettes holding narrow, gray-green leaves that arch upwards. This hybrid is a vey heavy flower producer! Starting in late fall tightly clustered salmon-yellow flower buds appear which open to display pale yellow flowers on branching inflorescences. Requires only occasional to infrequent summer irrigation. This hybrid is listed as frost tolerant to at least 25° F.

This plant has been grown in a 2 ga pot. You will receive a very similar plant to the one in the picture. The plant is shipped "dry-root" (with out soil).
