Haworthia truncata 'Lime Green' is an evergreen cactus / succulent with chartreuse and green foliage. Features glaucous texture. Grows well with mostly sun - bright shade and low water. Does well in average, gritty, rocky and well-drained soil.
CHARACTERISTICS OF Haworthia truncata 'Lime Green'
A slow growing mounding plant, fleshy thick rectangular leaves arranged in fan shape, pale green form with windows on tips frosted. Easy care, min temp 50 degrees, filtered light, run dry.
The truncated leaves of this outstanding cultivar are shades of lime and chartreuse with windowed leaf tips openning up to the "mint jelly" inside. With time, they form impressive clumps.
This may be the same as 'Down Under', a sport found growing "down under" his nursery bench by John Pilbeam. Haworthia 'Lime Green' really stands out in a crowd. These make outstanding specimens and are very hard to keep in stock. Very limited.
