Nursery contributed plant descriptions

With broad, low-lying rosettes of muted grey & beautifully arching racemes of coral pink flowers, this Echeveria species from Mexico makes a desirable monochromatic accent to the succulent garden & a wonderful addition to any Echeveria collection! Each individual rosette grows up to 8” wide & less than 4” tall – this selection seems to be particularly prone to growing low & wide. In Summer, 10” blooming stems emerge, cloaked in grey leaves. Striking in pots or at the edge of beds, this species does create offsets, but doesn’t do so prolifically. It will appreciate a well drained soil, especially if you are trying to grow it outside of its hardiness range.
