The name of this cultivar says it all. Looks like it's been left out in a morning frost. (This is Echeveria pulvinata 'Frosty', not to be confused with E. leucotricha 'Frosty'. Some have changed the name to E. 'Suave' in order to avoid confusion, but we trust you can figure it out.)
