This is an extremely wonderful and 30-60' tree from the woodlands of southeastern Australia. Very high in essential oils, both piperitone and cineole, which gives it a wonderful peppermint scent. The leaves have been brewed with black tea (Camellia sinensis) to make 'Billy Tea'. This tree features long, silvery-green-grey leaves and gorgeous grey-brown bark which peels off in long strips. A wonderful landscape tree for warmer climates. S/M
