Penstemon utahensis is a broadleaf evergreen perennial with blue foliage. In spring and summer red flowers emerge. Features glaucous texture. Attracts bees and hummingbirds making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and occasional - low water. Does well in gritty, lean and well-drained soil.
