Taxus cuspidata 'Rezek's Gold' is a selection of Japanese yew with soft-yellow new growth that becomes dark-green and a dwarf, irregular growth habit. After 10 years you can expect a plant about 2 feet tall by 1.5 feet wide, with a growth rate of 2 to 3 inches a year. This conifer looks and performs its best when exposed to morning sun and afternoon shade. Prefers excellent drainage and some summer water.
Golden-orange new growth becomes yellow as it hardens, making this conifer brilliant year-round.
