This beautiful plant represents our collection from the higher west slopes of Fiddler Peak in SW Oregon. These plants intermediate between the mat-forming higher elevation and medium elevation shrub forming species. About 6" in height by 3 feet or so, adorned with stunningly silver green leaves and saturated purple flowers in spring. For sun, mineral soil and little summer water; neglect being the key here for the plant's success. USDA zone 7 or even 6.
