Wow is this blue, azure, sapphire, cerulean, we are talking blue blue; this is by far my favorite cultivar, not only is the color fantastic but the plant seems virtually unkillable, even in pots.
A variety of andromeda with pink flowers. This slow growing shrub will eventually reach 1-2' high and 2-3' in width. In its natural habitat it is found in peat or sphagnum bogs. Prefers continually cool and moist peaty or sandy soil and sun or partial shade. 'Blue Ice' has beautiful, soft blue-gray foliage.

Sweet evergreen shrub, to only 18” tall, with narrow blue leaves and pink urn-shaped flowers in spring. Best in light acid soil with some summer water. Prefers light shade. Cold hardy to at least 0F, USDA zone 7.
This hard-to-find ericaceous shrub forms a neat mound of tough, narrow, almost needle-like leaves that are a striking ice blue in color. It is decorated with clusters of delicate pink flowers in early spring. A very choice rock garden plant. Requires moist, peaty or sandy soil.
Narrow, dusty blue foliage on a 1' tall plant that will grow to 2' wide. The flowers are little white urns that cover the plant in April. Needs good drainage and full sun to semi-shade.
