Similar to its sport parent Tomorrow's Dawn, this beautifully variegated Camellia produces large to very large double flowers shading from light to deep pink with the ruffled petals broadly edged in white with nicely contrasting golden stamens peaking out between them. Tomorrow's Dawn Bessie Camellia can vary from peony form to semi-double and is early to midseason flowering (November-February). It is reported to have occasional red streaks as well.
