Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sweet goji berries that are perfect for snacking on or drying and full of antioxidants grow on these easy care 10't x 5'w self-fertile shrubs. May require staking to keep fruit off the ground. S/M
Extra sweet nutritious fruit! Summer brings small purple star-shaped flowers that are born singly and in large clusters along the stems of the Goji Berry and are soon followed by the extra-large and highly nutritious bright red oblong berries in early fall that can be eaten fresh, juiced, or dried for later enjoyment. The plant itself is something of a rambling vine to shrub-like in habit. Be sure to allow plenty of room or train it to a supporting structure. Goji Berry has a vine-like to shrub-like habit and may eventually reach 12'H with support and is deciduous in winter. Provide it with a moist but moderately poor soil in a full sun location for the best fruit production. It has escaped outside of cultivation in most states.
