A pure white, perfect form Camellia whose medium-sized flowers provide a brilliant contrast to the deep green glossy foliage. In our garden, Snow White has been exceptionally slow growing and has barely reached 3' high in 30+ years. I cannot say for sure that our cutting grown plants will grow as slowly under good conditions but I would expect it to have a compact upright to rounded habit. Either way Snow White should be an excellent choice for containers, bonsai, and in front of larger growing cultivars in the garden. The origin of this Camellia is unknown to us at this time but 'Snow White' was the name given to it when we received it in the 1980's.
