We’ve had so many requests to propagate this beautiful dahlia that’s been growing in our demonstration garden and we can finally offer it to you! EASY and so rewarding for many, many years, Dahlia ‘Lemon Blush’ originally appeared in a batch of our Dahlia ‘Mixed Hybrids’ seedlings. To 4’ tall and 4’ across, it bears large 4”-5” lemon-yellow blushed pink blooms from MAY THRU OCTOBER (with deadheading). Strongly multi-branched, no mildew and no staking needed - as long as it’s in full sun. Plus, each year it comes back stronger and more floriferous! Highly recommended as a long season focal point and cut flower provider, it’s also adored by bumblebees! Deciduous in Winter, it’s best to cut tack to the ground and top dress with a couple of inches of compost in the Spring for another fantastic season. Lift bulbs in colder zones.
