Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Forms a dense rosette 3-5” across & 2” high before pupping from both the base & about half-way up the rosette for a super cool two-tiered effect. ‘Crimson Web’ might be a bit of a misnomer because it only has a bit of fuzz & in our mild coastal climate, tends to be a bright, cheerful, medium green with only a hint of brick-red. However, it’s extremely valuable as an evergreen, low-water, low-maintenance ground cover that won’t take over your whole garden. In Summer, the oldest rosettes form super showy flower stalks that produce seemingly endless rounds of three-quarter inch, star-shaped, bee & butterfly attracting flowers. Excellent in a container! Provide good drainage & water sparingly.
