Nursery contributed plant descriptions

If you like spaghetti squash, ‘Pinnacle’ is the perfect "personal-sized" squash. Bright yellow & smaller (3 lb) than regular spaghetti squash but with the same nutty tasting flesh. To prepare, simply scoop the flesh from the squash once it is cooked (steam, boil, microwave, or bake – you choose) & use like you would any cooked pasta. ‘Pinnacle’ bears heavily so if you harvest more squashes than you can eat immediately, store the extras in a cool place (like other Winter squash). ‘Pinnacle’ is a semi-bush, good for smaller gardens. Grow in rich soil with lots of compost and keep well watered.
