Wonderful for roasting, mashing, or stewing – but most commonly eaten raw as its beautiful color is often lost when cooked. Generally reaching a near-spherical 2-4” wide - the flavor becomes sweeter & more mild as the size increases, so harvest when small if you prefer a spicier radish.
