A BRAND NEW variety of Fuchsia selected from a choice seedling at Cabrillo College by our Head of Cuttings, Lily. The sweet little 'Liliput' is a smaller-leafed variety with an exceptionally attractive erect (but slightly arching) habit. The foliage is paler green than is often the case with Fuchsias, with a pink blush on new leaves. The "ballerina" blooms are extra-sassy dressers, with super short purple skirts almost completely hidden by pink sepals. Luxuriously elongated, perfectly magenta stamens add elegance & flair to the flowers - they look like pretty, dangling little earrings. A fantastic choice for inviting hummers for a sip of nectar & adding vivid color to a shady spot. Because 'Liliput' was very recently sprouted, we don’t yet know how big it’ll get, but our research/best guess indicates 4' tall by 4' wide.
