Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Do you know the fragrance of desert rain? Throughout much of the Southwest, this is it! Any time it gets wet you will enjoy a delightful, one of a kind aroma. Can go for two years without water once establisheed, although I wouldn't subject small plants to that kind of drought. Hardy down to 10 degrees, perhaps colder. As with all desert plants, make sure soil is well drained (rocky sand is best). I immagine this would make a good bonsai plant because it is so drought hardy, has small leaves and flowers.
