Chick Charms® Sugar Shimmer™ is an historic garden plant with succulent foliage. Forms tight rosettes of silvery-green succulent leaves covered with fine cilia. This guy is extra fuzzy! The leaf margins will turn maroon in cooler weather.

Chick Charms Sugar Shimmer forms tightly-packed rosettes of pale green with pale pink tips all covered in silver-white hairs that sparkle in the light like crystalized sugar. The dangerously collectible Chick Charms series offers the boldest coloured and best-growing hen and chicks available. Sempervivum are super hardy requiring only full sun and excellent, sharp drainage, especially in coastal BC. Grow them as an edger for pathways or borders or in pots.
