Alstroemeria Inca Husky™ is a broadleaf deciduous or semi-evergreen perennial bulb / corm / tuber with green foliage. In fall and summer apricot and yellow flowers emerge. Attracts bees, beneficial insects, butterflies and hummingbirds making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun - mostly sun and regular water. Alstroemeria Inca Husky has masses of tropical looking, apricot coloured blossoms that glow with highlights of lemon and mahogany. It forms a bushy, upright clump of linear, emerald green leaves. The Inca collection has remarkable vigour and capacity to produce loads of flowers over a long period from early summer well into fall. Flowers are long lasting in vases. Pull the stems instead of cutting them to encourage a quicker reflush.
