Nursery contributed plant descriptions

'Dwarf Giant Papyrus' is an ideal plant for a large container or a water garden. Its upright, stiff, triangular stems have large, feathery seedheads adding a touch of exotic beauty but with a compact growth habit that only reaches 2-3' tall so it's very manageable in the garden. Grow in full sun and keep this fast grower well watered and fertilized throughout the summer months. If grown indoors, place it in a well-lit location. 'Dwarf Giant Papyrus' makes a wonderful addition to a summer mixed container with flowering annuals planted around it.
From the Proven Winner Folks, this compact growing Papyrus is ideal for medium to large containers, reaching 30-48" tall. Sturdy stalks terminate in explosive poms of green foliage. Although Papyrus can grow in standing water, they adapt quite well in average soil conditions.
