Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This Salvia relative is a nice addition for the early autumn garden. In September and October, 4-5' stems bear lots of small tubular violet blue flowers which are hard to photograph well, but create a hazy effect. We're hearing this genus is also known as Isodon, and we're hesitant to change the name of selections until we learn more. Grow in well-drained soil in full or half day sun.
